I’m a democratic socialist, teacher at Nottingham, and a union and community organizer running for County Legislature to deliver safe, affordable housing, universal childcare, and fast, free buses to Onondaga County.

I’m fighting for these because I’ve lived the alternative. I grew up in housing so poor it sent me to the hospital after my dad lost his factory job, while my mom served two tours in the military. Today, I see my students at Nottingham facing those same broken cycles.

As a community organizer, I know how to move the needle. I’m running to make sure the County finally provides the same community support that helped me get to where I am today.
